Yes. My parents are dentists, they work with teeth.

If it was an adult tooth, the teeth grown in after losing a baby tooth, there may have been a chance to reattach it if certain procedures were taken. But since it's your first time losing it, it won't be able to since another tooth will grow in its place.

No, not exactly. The teeth are the only thing that do that, however, hair and skin are constantly being shed when the cells die off. But that's not nearly as noticeable as a tooth.

No, I'd think not. Losing teeth is a normal occurrence. If they were your older teeth than it might be a cause for worry, but at the moment you should be safe.
