Don't sleep.

Failing that, make yourself exhausted enough throughout the day that you pretty much drop dead when you fall asleep. Kind of fools your brain a little, so dreaming is less likely.

Pretty much all the old tricks. Drinking warm milk, which is GROSS by the way, to help sleep better, sleeping with music to drown it out, ect. Only other thing that works that well is getting knocked unconscious. Only real guaranteed way.

He's also begun drawing a shaggy bowl-cut on one of the Luthor heads. It's surprisingly conducive to the question-asking process.]

Well, I'm not sure if you can just stop dreaming, but maybe you could make your dreams better? I hear incense or other lovely senses can calm a person's body an mind to make a person sleep easier?
